Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their client's team in Texas. This hybrid position offers an opportunity to work both remotely and onsite, following a comprehensive in-office training period. The role is designed for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and are willing to adapt to dynamic situations.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer service calls and provide comprehensive solutions to issues or concerns.
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Follow up with customers in writing when necessary to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed notes on customer accounts, including resolutions and status updates.
  • Flag accounts appropriately to prevent collections and service interruptions.
  • Process payments over the phone and issue reconnect orders as needed.
  • Respond to customer emails in company support boxes, providing necessary information and access.
  • Return messages from the external call center to complete resolutions.
  • Apply adjustments to customer accounts based on business rules.

Qualifications

  • High School degree or equivalent certification required.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Willingness to work on a rotating schedule.
  • Openness to work and travel during emergencies and natural disasters to maintain service operations.

Work Hours

Training: In-person, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Call Center Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Salary

$16 - $18 per hour (depending on experience)

This is a 6-month+ position with a requirement for a background check and drug screen.
